Terms of Use
Last updated: 14 August 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Batch Please website. Batch Please is a trading name of Netx-Labs Ltd, registered in England & Wales (company number 11348776). By using this site you agree to these terms.
What Batch Please does
Batch Please helps communities pool their buying demand so we can approach suppliers and try to negotiate a group deal. When you submit a proposal, you are asking us to explore an opportunity — you are not placing an order or entering a binding agreement, and nor are we.
No guarantee a batch will run
Submitting a proposal does not guarantee that a batch will go ahead. We assess each opportunity and may decide not to proceed. If a batch does go ahead, its specific terms — including price, payment, timing, and how issues are handled — will be set out in a separate written batch agreement, and no member is committed until that batch reaches its target and locks.
Organiser arrangements
Where a community organiser earns a share of a batch, that share is agreed in writing with the organiser before the batch launches. Nothing on this website constitutes a fixed offer of any particular payment.
Using the site
You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the site or submit unlawful, misleading, or harmful content. We may withdraw or change the site, and refuse or remove any submission, at our discretion.
Our content
The examples shown on this site are illustrative only and do not represent live deals or committed pricing. Content on the site is owned by or licensed to Netx-Labs Ltd and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Liability
The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
